水杨酸对采后马铃薯干腐病的影响

摘要:马铃薯干腐病是近年来马铃薯贮藏期间一种严重的腐烂病。本试验研究了水杨酸(SA)对采后马铃薯干腐病(Fusarium solani)的影响。结果表明:在离体试验中,水杨酸对马铃薯干腐病菌落有一定的抑制作用,其中以0.05g/L抑制效果较好。在切片试验中,水杨酸处理可有效控制马铃薯Fusarium solani,经处理的马铃薯病斑直径和腐烂厚度明显小于对照,其中以0.05g/l处理效果最佳,过氧化物酶(POD)的测定表明经水杨酸处理的马铃薯过氧化物酶活性明显高于对照,而且显著性差异一般出现在72小时以后。在块茎试验中,处理块茎的最佳处理浓度是0.1g/L。

Abstract:Fusarium solani is one kind of serious rotten sickness in recent years potato stores period. This experiment study the effect postharvest salicylic acid (SA) treatment on Fusarium solani . The result indicated that, the salicylic acid has certain inhibitory to the growth of Fusarium solani in vitro, salicylic acid at 0.05g/ L showed the best control. In the slice experiment, salicylic acid processing may active control Fusarium solani, obviously is smaller than after the processing potato sickness spot diameter and the rotten thickness the comparison, by 0.05g/ L processing effect is best, peroxide enzyme (POD) the determination indicated menses salicyclic acid processing the potato peroxide enzyme activity obviously is higher than the comparison, moreover the significance difference appears generally after 72 hours. In the block stem experiment, the processing block stem best processing density is 0.1g/L.
