分散共聚法制备苯乙烯丹磺酰氯烯丙基胺荧光微球

摘要:为了探索共聚制备荧光微球的方法,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,在甲醇/水混合溶剂中,采用分散共聚法通过优化反应条件,制备出了粒径在500 nm、PDI在0.2左右的单分散苯乙烯与丹磺酰氯烯丙基胺共聚荧光微球,其荧光发射峰位于515nm。研究了反应介质、引发剂用量和分散剂用量对微球粒径和粒度分布的影响,结果发现微球粒径随介质中水含量增加而缩小,随引发剂用量增加及分散剂用量的减少而增大。

Preparation of Fluorescent Microspheres by Dispersion
Abstract:New Monodisperse fluorescent microspheres with the size about 500 nm and PDI 0.2 were prepared by dispersion polymerization of dansylallylamine with styrene in methanol/water reaction media using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a steric stabilizer and 2,2’-azobisizobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator in suitable condition for imploiting the method of copolymer fluorescent microspheres. The microspheres emit at 515 nm. Factors affecting microsphere size and size distribution were investigated. It was found that microsphere size increase with increasing water content and concentration of initiator and decreasing concentration of stablizer.
