聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚丙烯共混体系的非等温结晶行为

摘要:通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚丙烯(PP)复合体系。用扫描电镜(SEM)测试了复合体系内部形态结构。用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对材料的非等温结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,PET/PP共混物为典型的不相容体系;两相界面或PP分子对PET结晶没有异相成核效应;当PP组分为连续相时,已结晶的极性PET颗粒对PP组分的异相成核作用较为明显;而当PP组分为分散相时,固态的PET组分在一定程度上阻碍了PP液滴的运动,促使PP在本体液滴中结晶时均相成核趋势增加。与纯PET或PP相比,共混体系中两组分结晶的完善程度都有所下降。

Non-isothermal Crystallization Behaviors of PET/PP Blend
Abstract:Poly(ethylene terephthalate)/Polypropylene blend (PET/PP) was prepared by the melt mixing. The phase structures of PET/PP were characterized by scanning electronic microphotograph measurements (SEM), and the non-isothermal crystallization behavior was also investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the typical immiscible phase morphology exists in between PET and PP components. The interface or PP component nearly has no heterogeneous nucleation effect on the crystallization of PET component in blend. In the blend with rich PP component, those crystallized PET particles act as the role of heterogeneous nucleation agent, promoting the crystallization of continuous PP component. However, the homogeneous nucleation degree of PP component increases in the blend with rich PET component due to the motion-impeding effect by the continuous phase of crystallized PET. Moreover, compared with those of pure PP or PET samples, both the PP and PET component in PET/PP blend present the faulty crystallization behavior.
