聚氯乙烯/霞石复合材料的结构流变学及力学性能

摘要:采用熔融共混制备了聚氯乙烯/霞石复合材料(PVC/NE),并对其形态、结构流变学和力学性能进行了测试。小振幅振荡剪切(SAOS)测试结果表明,霞石用量存在着最佳值,用量过多对复合体系介观结构的贡献不大。形态及力学性能测试结果表明,霞石均匀分散在聚氯乙烯基体中,且填充量约为50phr时,复合体系冲击强度和表面硬度最佳。

Structural Rheology and Mechanic Properties of Polyvinyl Chloride/Nepheline Composites
Abstract:Polyvinyl Chloride/Nepheline composites (PVC/NE) were prepared by melt mixing. The morphology and structural rheology as well as mechanic properties of PVC/NE were investigated. The results from small amplitude oscillatory shear (SAOS) measurements show that the nepheline loadings present a best value and, the excessive addition of nepheline has few contributions to the mescoscopic structure of composites. The results from morphology and mechanic properties characterization show that the nepheline is well dispersed in PVC matrix. The impact strength and surface hardness of those PVC/NE composites with nepheline loadings of about 50phr are best.
