聚乳酸/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的非线性流变学

摘要:采用熔融插层法制备了插层型的聚乳酸/蒙脱土纳米复合材料(PLA/MMTs)。利用旋转流变仪对该纳米复合材料的非线性流变行为进行了研究。稳态预剪切和大振幅振荡剪切(BAOS)实验结果表明,蒙脱土晶粒瞬态网络结构具有剪切敏感性;反向流和起始流实验结果表明,剪切破坏的逾渗网络在静态退火过程中可以重建,而蒙脱土晶粒类液晶态的形成可能是网络重建的驱动力。

Nonlinear Rheological Behavior of Polylactide/Montmorillonite Nanocomposites
Abstract:Polylactide/montmorillonite nanocomposites (PLA/MMTs) were prepared by the melt intercalation. The nonlinear rheological properties of PLA/MMTs were characterized using plate rheometer. The results from steady preshear and big amplitude oscillatory shear (BAOS) measurements show that the percolated clay tactoids network structure are very sensitive to the shear deformation. The results from transient shear measurements such as flow reverse and start-up flow show that the ruptured network structure can reorganized under quiescent annealing condition, which is driven by the formation of liquid crystalline-like state due to the long range interactions among the clay tactoids.
