摘要:利用斜向生长的Tl-2212高温超导薄膜制作出宽4微米总长3.4毫米的长阵列,它相当于约770000个本征约瑟夫森结串联在一起。设计并制作了利用差分放大法观测本征结阵列等效电感的装置和电路,直接观察到了本征结阵列的等效电感,测得的等效电感量约为80.4nH,与理论分析结果76.8nH基本相符。

Direct Observation of the Inductance of Intrinsic Josephson Junction arrays
Abstract:We have fabricated a 4um wide bridge with a total length of 3.4mm in Tl-2212 thin films grown on 20 degree vicinal substrates. It consists of about 770000 intrinsic Josephson junctions in series. In order to verify its inductance effect, new circuit was designed and connected. The equivalent inductance was observed and measured. The measured inductance is 80.4nH. The theoretical value is 76.8nH.
