爆破处理坚硬顶板防治冲击矿压研究

摘要:针对兖州矿区济三煤矿6303工作面的冲击矿压问题,分析了冲击矿压发生的主要原因及影响因素.根据现场条件和数值模拟分析,提出了采用顶板爆破解除冲击矿压危险的技术措施,并确定了爆破参数.最后采用矿用钻孔窥视仪并配合电磁辐射法和钻屑法对爆破进行了效果检验.结果表明,通过顶板爆破措施可以破坏工作面上方坚硬厚层砂岩顶板的完整性,提前释放顶板聚集的弹性能,减弱和消除了工作面的冲击矿压危险性,保证了工作面的安全生产.现场实践证明,该项技术流程:冲击原因分析→顶板爆破→效果检验等整套技术,对具有厚层坚硬砂岩顶板煤层冲击矿压即坚硬顶板型冲击矿压的防治效果明显,可以为具有类似地质条件矿井中的冲击矿压灾害治理提供参考.

Study on Rock Burst Prevention Method of blasting Hard Rock Roof
Abstract:Aiming at the rock burst disaster of No.6303 working face in No.3 Mine of Yanzhou Coal Field, the state and reason of rock burst have been analyzed.Based on the geological conditions and numerical simulation results, the hard rock roof blasting method and blasting parameters were represented to prevent rock burst.The sight instrument, electromagnetic emission (EME) technique and drilling sludge methods were used to check the blasting effect.The inspection results showed that according to this blasting method, the hard rock roof above the coal seam has been destroyed and the elastic energy in rock roof was mostly released.The rock burst danger bas been reduced to guarantee the safety of working face.The practical application proves that this technique, rock burst reasons analysis,roof blasting and effect checking, can be effectively used to prevent the rock burst caused by hard rock roof and can be used in other coal mines with the similar roof conditions.
