装修居室空气苯系物和甲醛污染的卫生学研究

摘要:摘 要: 目的 了解目前居室装修后的空气污染状况,掌握室内空气苯系物和甲醛浓度动态变化的趋势和规律,及其对人群的健康影响。方法 对17户新装修居民住宅其客厅和主卧室空气苯系物和甲醛浓度进行长期的动态跟踪监测;以问卷调查室内装修的基本情况,及其居民的主诉不良反应。结果 苯系物浓度在装修后两个月呈快速下降趋势,而降低到0.2~0.3mg/m3时,则降低趋势缓慢。甲醛在装修后4个月内,降低程度不明显。苯系物和甲醛浓度均为主卧室高于客厅;非实木家具居室甲醛浓度明显高于实木家具居室。各种不良反应的出现与甲醛浓度有相关性。结论 室内装修空气污染普遍存在。主卧室污染较之于客厅严重;非实木家具居室污染较之于实木家具居室严重;甲醛污染浓度高且持续时间较长。居室甲醛浓度愈高,居民越有可能出现各种不良反应。

Study on Benzene Series and Formaldehyde Pollution in Indoor Air of Newly Decorated Rooms
Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the indoor pollution in newly decorated rooms in order to find out the trends of benzene series and formaldehyde pollution and the influence on health of residents. [Methods] The indoor air concentration of benzene series and formaldehyde in 17 newly decorated apartments were detected from July to December of 2005. The adverse responses of residents from the decoration were investigated by questionnaires. [Results] The benzene series concentration of indoor air was gone down rapidly in 2 months. Meanwhile, formaldehyde concentration was gone down slowly in 4 months after decoration. There was significant difference of formaldehyde concentration between rooms with wood furniture and those with artificial wood furniture. A positive correlation was found between adverse responses of residents and the indoor air concentration of formaldehyde. [Conclusion] The indoor air pollution of benzene series and formaldehyde is popular after decoration, especially that of formaldehyde. The bedrooms pollution was more severity than that of living rooms; and the air pollution of artificial wood furniture rooms was more severity than that of wood furniture rooms. Indoor air pollution by decoration is one of risk factors to the health of residents.
