摘要:本文提出一种光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪臂长差的精确测量方法。理论分析表明,采用白光光纤Michleson解调干涉仪,可以使白光干涉相邻峰值之间的距离刚好为Mach-Zehnder干涉仪两臂光程差的一半。利用改进的干涉条纹观测系统和高精度的位移发生系统,提高了白光干涉峰值信号的识别精度,使Mach-Zehnder干涉仪臂长差的测量分辨率和精度分别达到了1μm和10μm。

Precise Measurement of arm length differences of fiber optical Mach-Zehnder interferometer
Abstract:This paper proposed a precise measuring method of arm length difference of fiber optical Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The theoretical analysis indicated that white-light Michleson demodulation interferometer may make the distance between two neighboring white-light interference peak equal to one half of the light length difference of the Mach-Zehnder interferometer two arms. Using the improved signal processing system increased the white-light interference peak signal identification precision. And Mach-Zehnder interferometer measuring resolution and precision of two arms length difference has respectively achieved to 1μm and 10μm.
