九种神经支架材料的力学指标测试

摘要:背 景 组织工程支架都需要有一定的力学性能以满足实际使用时的要求。目 的 考察9种候选神经支架材料的力学性能,为神经支架的设计制作的选材提供力学依据。方 法以PLGA、胶原、海藻酸钠、脱细胞猪皮、脱细胞血管,脱细胞猪皮-PLGA的复合体、脱细胞血管-PLGA的复合体以及经改性的壳聚糖和明胶作为考察材料,用拉伸实验机对其进行拉伸试验。结 果 本试验获得了这9种材料的最大应变、最大应力及杨氏模量。结 论 本实验结果为神经支架的选材、设计和制作提供了力学参考依据。

study on mechanics property of materials as candidated nerver scaffold
Abstract:Background Tissue engneering scaffolds must possess suitable mechanics. Objective We investigated the mechanical property of nine materials candidated as nerve scaffold,which could supply an mechanical basis for neuro-scaffold in selecting materials and designing improvement schedule. which can be used as neuro-scaffold from acknowledged fine-biocompatible materials and investigated their tensile strength .They are poly (DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA), sodium polymannuronate, gelatine, chitosan, collogen, acellular pigskin, acellular vascular, acellular-pigskin-PLGA ,acellular-vascular-PLGA .Method. nine materials mentioned above were investigated about their mechanical character .Result the average ultimate-straining of PLGA is the greatest, while that of gelatine is the least; the average ultimate-stress of complex of acellular porcine dermis and PLGA is the greatest ,while that of collage is the least.Conclusion This experimental result can supply a mechanical reference for nerve scaffold in selecting material and designing.
