半挂车的静强度有限元分析

摘要:本文采用了参数化建模的方法得到80T的重型半挂车有限元模型 ,模型由片体构成 ,模型没有实际厚度,在UG中得到原结构的线模型,导入Ansys 进行填充处理得到板壳模型,避免了直接在Ansys建模,减少工作量,Ansys分析采用SHELL63单元,该单元每个接点有6个自由度,能完全模拟出真实情况。

Finite Element Analysis of the static strength of semitrailers
Abstract:In this paper we get the model of the Heavy semitrailer by Parameter modeling method. The model is composed of shells, the model dosen’t have real thickness, we get the line- model of the real structure in the UG , than the modeling is imported to Ansys ,we get the shell-model by filling the line-model, thus avoid modeling in the Ansys directly, reduce the work time. Then we analyze the getting modeling using the shell63 unit, in this unit every element has six degrees of freedom and can simulate the real situation completely.
