不同架型的U型钢支架抗冲击性能的对比分析

摘要:支护结构的支护阻力和可缩量是巷道支护设计的主要参数,也是衡量巷道支护结构性能优劣和支护效果的重要指标。U型钢支架以其较大的支护阻力和可缩量而被广泛应用于有冲击倾向性巷道。不同的架型有不同的结构性能,对巷道产生不同的支护效果。基于ANSYS有限元软件的模态分析模块对U29型钢材质的直墙半圆拱,圆形支架和梯形支架抗冲击性能的研究,得出了不同架型支架的三阶自振频率,对应的受力特性和不利位置,直墙半圆拱和圆形支架是三者中比较适合用于有冲击倾向性巷道的架型,对实际工程有一定参考价值。

The comparable analysis of shock resistance of different forms U-type steel support system
Abstract:Resistance and yieldable capacity are major parameters of roadway supports, and key points to evaluate existing ones. Leaning to large resistance and yieldable capacity, U-type steel support is used in bump-prone coal seam extensively. Different forms of supports lead to different structural performances. In order to study the natural vibration frequency and mode of U29-type steel support, the mode block of ANSYS software is employed. By discussing the kinetic response of stalk-semicircular arch, circular support and trapezoidal support, some useful results are acquired. The higher-order mode has bigger natural vibration frequency, the unfavourable texturing position and the destruction of U-type steel support develops along the mode approximately, both the stalk-semicircular arch support and circular support are well to bestow in the bump-prone coal seam.
