采油污水中影响聚合物溶液粘度主要因素研究

摘要: 从配制聚合物所用污水水质角度,实验研究了采油污水中影响聚合物溶液粘度的主要因素(各种金属阳离子、溶解氧、悬浮物、细菌等),提出了配制聚合物溶液时各因素的限度。研究发现了金属阳离子既影响聚合物溶液的初始粘度也影响粘度稳定性,溶解氧、细菌主要影响聚合物溶液的粘度稳定性,悬浮物对聚合物溶液初始粘度影响不大,但影响粘度的稳定性。

STUDY OF MAIN FACTORS AFFECTTING VISCOSITY OF POLYMER SOLUTION IN OIL EXTRACTION WASTEWATER
Abstract:From the angle of water quality of oil extraction wastewater used to prepare polymer solution, the paper studies the influence of the main factors such as metal ions,dissolved oxygen,suspended particles,bacterium in oil extraction wastewater on the viscosity of polymer solution, brings forward the limit of the main factors when polymer solution is prepared. It is discovered that metal ions affect not only the initial viscosity but also the stability of viscosity, dissolved oxygen and bacterium mainly affect the stability of viscosity and that suspended particles have no effect on the initial viscosity but affect the stability of viscosity.
