比例边界有限元优缺点及其应用

摘要:本文对近几年由John P. Wolf 和 Chongmin Song 提出来的一种基于有限元法(finite element method,简称FEM)的无需基础解的边界有限元计算方法,即比例边界有限元法(scaled boundary finite element method,简称SBFEM)的介绍,并对比例边界有限元方法同有限元和边界有限元分别进行比较,对其相对与有限元和边界有限元的优点和缺点做了一定的说明,并同时对目前该方法的研究应用领域有一个较详尽的介绍。

The Application and Advantage and Disadvantage of Scaled Boundary Finite Element Method
Abstract:This paper introduces a novel approach, called the Scaled Boundary Finite Element Method, which was put forward at first by John P. Wolf and Chongmin Song. SBFEM is a semi-analytical fundamental solution-less boundary element mehtod based on finite elements. The advantages and disadvantages of SBFEM are summarized in this paper compare with FEM and BEM, and then detailed describes the application of this method at present in many engineering fields.
