基于混合灵敏度的统一电能质量调节器控制方法研究

摘要:统一电能质量调节器(UPQC)是对电网电压中的骤升、骤降、闪变以及负载电流中的谐波及无功分量等电能质量问题进行综合补偿的装置,但其自身的参数变化及外部干扰会对其补偿效果产生影响。本文在对UPQC数学模型进行简化的基础上,设计一种混合灵敏度的H∞控制器,在保证系统的鲁棒稳定性的同时,兼顾了H∞控制干扰抑制的性能。仿真结果表明,与常规控制方法相比,该方法显示了良好的鲁棒性和干扰抑制性。

Research on Control Method for Unified Power Quality Conditioner Based on Mixed Sensitivity
Abstract:Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC) is a new power electronic equipment, which can not only compensate voltage flickers, sag, fluctuate, but also compensate harmonics and reactive power. The compensating effect of UPQC is affected by its own parameters changing and outside uncertain disturb. This paper simplifies the math model first, and then designs a mixed sensitivity H∞ controller to restrain the uncertain disturb and make the system had good robustness. The emulation results show that, compared with general control methods, this method has good robustness and dynamic performance.
