摘要:针对蜂蜡素水溶度小和生物利用度差,制备毫微囊。与服用蜂蜡素的SD大鼠相比,服用1/4剂量蜂蜡素毫微囊的SD大鼠胆的固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等高血脂症状都明显改善。

Via Nanocapsule Improving Water-solubility and Bioavailability of Beeswax
Abstract:Cardiovascular diseases has been one of the diseases that seriously jeopardize the public health. As one of the most important factors causing cardiovascular diseases hyperlipidemia can cause a series of complications such as atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, thrombosis and hypertension. Beeswax from crude honey has been proved to be able to decrease lipidemia. As a a mixture of long chain fatols however, beeswax is hardly soluble in water and has only low bioavailability. In the present paper beeswax was converted into the nanocapsule, by which its solubility and bioavailability was improved. On a hyperlipidemia model of SD rats the lipidemia decreasing activity of the nanocapsule was evaluated. It was observed that the lipidemia decreasing potency of the nanocapsule of beeswax was significantly higher than beeswax itself, even if the dosage was decreased by 75% of beeswax itself the TC, TG and LDL-C of the nanocapsule receiving rats were significantly lower than that of beeswax receiving rats.
