具有接枝悬挂环糊精空腔的温敏膜的制备与表征

摘要:采用等离子体诱导接枝聚合法和化学接枝法在多孔Nylon-6膜基材上共同接枝温敏性材料N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和修饰的β-环糊精,制备了具有接枝悬挂环糊精空腔的温敏膜。接枝膜采用电子扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等分析手段进行化学成分分析和微观结构表征。结果表明,采用等离子体诱导接枝法和化学接枝法成功地在Nylon6膜上引入了PNIPAM和修饰的β-环糊精,制备出了同时具有温度敏感和分子识别能力的新型功能膜。

Preparation of thermo-responsive membranes with grafted pendants of β-cyclodextrin cavities
Abstract:Thermo-responsive gating membranes with different grafting yields were prepared by grafting poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and modified β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) onto porous Nylon-6 membrane substrates with plasma-induced grafting polymerization method and chemical grafting method. The microstructure of the PNIPAM-β-CD-g-Nylon-6 membrane was investigated by employing SEM, XPS, FT-IR. The results showed that, the grafted PNIPAM and modified β-cyclodextrin were introduced onto the substrates, novel functional membranes with thermo-responsivity and molecular recognition were prepared successfully.
