可燃制冷剂火焰传播速度的试验研究

摘要:在常温常压下,测试了R290、DME、R600a、R32、R152a、R32/R134a(80/20Wt)、R290/R152a/R134a(0.5/0.15/0.35Wt和0.5/0.25/0.25Wt)与空气不同比例混合后的火焰传播速度,分析了试验误差来源并提出了减小误差的方法。研究了纯可燃制冷剂及含可燃工质混合物层流预混火焰传播的特性与规律,为正确评价可燃制冷剂的燃爆危险性及其推广应用奠定了试验基础。

Experimental Study of Flame Propagation Speed of Flammable Refrigerant
Abstract:At normal temperature and pressure, the flame propagation speed of mixture containing flammable refrigerants and air was tested. The origins of test error were analyzed and methods reducing it were put forward. The characteristic and law of laminar premixed flamepropagation of pure flammable refrigerants and flammable refrigerants mixture were studied. And test base were established in order to accurately evaluate burning and exploding fatalness of flammable refrigerants and to its applying popularization.
