介孔的SO42-/SiO2-ZrO2在付氏酰基化和醇脱水反应中的高活性

摘要:采用“pH调节法”合成的有序的介孔SO42-/SiO2-ZrO2,X射线衍射和紫外可见漫反射光谱的结果表明样品中没有结晶的ZrO2四方相存在,Zr物种是以高分散的形式存在的。然而,即使没有结晶的ZrO2四方相存在,样品SiZrS-X依然给出了比传统固载型的催化剂(SZ/SBA)更强的酸性。在苯甲醚酰基化和异丙醇脱水的反应中,样品SiZrS-X显示出了比SO42-/ ZrO2和SZ/SBA更高的催化活性和更好的稳定性。样品SiZrS-X如此优异的催化性能可能源自其独特的结构性质,像高分散Zr物种、较大的比表面积和孔容。样品SiZrS-X在付氏酰基化和醇脱水反应中显示出的高活性,使其对有机合成和工业生产中大分子催化有着十分重要的潜在应用价值。

High activities in Friedel-Crafts acylation and alcohol dehydration over mesoporous sulfated silica-zirconia catalysts
Abstract:Mesoporous sulfated silica-zirconia catalysts (SiZrS-X) are synthesized from “pH-adjusting” method, and characterization of XRD and UV-visible techniques shows that there are no crystalline tetragonal zirconia and Zr sites are highly isolated in the samples. Interestingly, even if the absence of crystalline tetragonal zirconia, SiZrS-X samples still exhibits stronger acidity than mesoporous silica-supported sulfated zirconia (SZ/SBA). Catalytic acylation of anisole and dehydration of isopropanol show that SiZrS-X catalysts are more active than sulfate zirconia (SZ) and SZ/SBA, and such excellent catalytic properties in SiZrS-X catalysts might be attributed to their unique features such as highly isolated Zr sites, large surface area and pore volume. Obviously, high activities in Friedel-Crafts acylation and alcohol dehydration over SiZrS-X may be potentially important for catalytic conversion of bulky molecules in organic synthesis.
