载银硼硅酸盐抗菌玻璃的制备及其性能研究

摘要:采用高温熔制法,于B2O3-SiO2-Na2O体系中加入以银盐为主的无机抗菌活性成分,通过调整基础玻璃的组成来调节抗菌活性成分的缓释性能,抑制Ag+的还原沉积;采用SEM、分光光度计、红外辐射仪、PE300型原子吸收分光光度计、抑菌圈实验测定其结构和性能。结果表明:研制的载银硼硅酸盐玻璃呈极淡黄色透明状态,具有优良的抗菌性能、红外辐射性能和缓释性能。

Study on the Preparation and Properties of Silver-doped Borosilicate Antibacterial Glass
Abstract:In this paper, silver-doped borosilicate antibacterial glass was prepared by the melting method. By changing the glass composition, the slow release property of the antibacterial active composition was adjusted and the deoxidization of Ag+ was restrained. The structure and properties of the glass were characterized by SEM, IRE, AAS and antibacterial ring test. The results show that the glass has excellent antibacterial, release silver and infrared radiation properties.
