反应堆冷却剂系统主管道安注波动接管流动特性可视化实验研究

摘要:本文对CNP1000核反应堆冷却剂系统主管道安注波动接管射流的流动特性进行了可视化研究。在相同的流速比下,流型和射流穿透深度、影响区域基本相同;随着流速比的增加,射流穿透深度增大,偏斜减小,沿主管管壁流体减少。本文结果对于后续的传热试验热测点布置具有重要的指导意义。传热试验结果对反应堆安注接管的结构疲劳分析提供相关数据,并为反应堆结构设计提供依据。

Experimental Study of Flow Visualization in a Perpendicular Nozzle of the Cooling System in a Reactor
Abstract:This paper presents a experimental study of flow visualization in a perpendicular nozzle of the cooling system in a reactor CNP1000. At the same velocity ratio between the jet flow and the main flow, the flow pattern, the depth of penetration and the influence area of the jet flow is almost the same. As the velocity of the jet flow increased, the depth of penetration is increased and the deflexion is minished, the jet flow running along the wall of main tube is decreased too. This research is important for the following heat transfer experiments which provide dates for the analysis of fatigue and afford gists for the structure design of reactor.
