微型正电子断层扫描技术(microPET)概述

摘要:近年来不断发展的正电子断层扫描技术,是可活体显示生物分子代谢、受体及神经介质活动的新技术,已广泛应用于及早发现癌症、研究心脑功能及疾病和新药开发方面。由于动物实验的特殊重要性,空间分辨率高、体积小、造价低的microPET,取代传统的解剖大量动物进行实验的方法,在疾病诊断、药物研究以及基因工程等领域有广泛的应用前景。随着各个环节新技术的发展,目前国内外的microPET第二代产品已有较好的性能。文中综述了microPET的研究状况及最新进展,同时也提及了该技术的局限性。

Summerise of micro Positron Emission Tomography
Abstract:PET(Positron Emission Tomography), being developed recently, is a new technology that can show the molecule metabolism and activity of nerve medium of the life-form alive, and have been used in many fields such as detecting cancer betimes, doing research for the functions or diseases of heart and brain and developing new medicine, etc. For the special importance of animal experiment, microPET, with higher spatial resolution, little cubage and lower price, will be widely used in disease diagnoses, medicine research and gene project, etc. For new technology being developed in many aspects microPET has good performance at present. The up-to-date status and development of Micro PET,as well as its limitation, has been introduced in this paper.
