牛乳中的免疫球蛋白与健康的研究

摘要:牛乳中含有免疫球蛋白,主要为IgG, IgA和IgM。这些免疫球蛋白不仅对犊牛,而且对新生儿以及普通人群的免疫系统都具有重要的作用。经常饮用富含免疫球蛋白的牛乳,可以预防和治疗肠道病原菌引起的感染。牛乳的不同加工过程对其中的免疫球蛋白也有一定的影响。本文就牛乳中免疫球蛋白的成分及其功能作简单综述。

The role of milk Immunoglobulin in health
Abstract:Immunoglobulin (Ig), including IgG, IgA, and IgM, is an important component in milk. Ig in milk is not only important for calf, but also important for the immune system of human infants and adults, who drink milk. The intestinal infectious diseases might be cured or prevented by drinking milk containing Ig. However, Ig in milk might be destroyed during the process of sterilizing and storage. Here, the function of Ig in milk is summarized in this article.
