瓦斯爆炸在分岔管道中的传播

摘要:根据管内瓦斯爆炸传播特性及其影响因素的研究成果,从理论和实验上对爆炸产生的火焰在分岔管道中的传播进行了研究,研究结果表明,分岔管道可以看成是一带楔型障碍物的面积突扩管道。由于面积突扩和障碍物的诱导作用,产生湍流,火焰阵面发生扭曲并产生褶皱,火焰表面积显著增加,燃烧速率增大,并相应增加了释热速率,诱导冲击波的产生并增大冲击波的强度。因此在矿井巷道开拓设计时,应尽量避免巷道分岔,同时避免巷道内障碍物的堆积。在必须分岔时,应根据分岔巷道瓦斯爆炸传播规律来采取相应的预防措施,以阻止瓦斯爆炸的传播和降低强度,减少瓦斯爆炸带来的损失。

The flame propagation of methane explosion in bifurcation duct
Abstract:According to the propagation character of methane explosion in duct and its affected factors, the flame propagation of methane explosion in bifurcation duct is theoretically and experimentally investigated in this paper. It is show that the bifurcation duct can be considered as the duct with wedge obstruction and crossing-section area increase, under the process of crossing-section area increase and wedge obstruction, eddy current is formed in the bifurcation, the flame front is twisted and draped, flame superficial area,burning speed and heat release rate are increased, which induce shock wave and increase its the intensity. So in the mine exploitation and laneway design, the bifurcation laneway should be avoided and the obstruction should be eliminated as possible. when the bifurcation is unavoidable, the relevant preventive measures should be adopted to suppress the methane explosion propagation , depress the intensity and diminish the loss due to gas explosion, according to the propagation law.
