苯基异氰酸酯与木粉反应产物的定量研究

摘要:异氰酸酯基与木材中的纤维素、木素、半纤维素和水在一定条件下生成氨基甲酸酯和取代脲的反应是聚氨酯胶粘剂与木材胶接的基础反应,研究氨基甲酸酯和取代脲的生成量对胶接强度的影响具有积极的理论意义和实践指导价值。 基于前期所实现的异氰酸酯与纤维素反应产物的分离与分析方法的基础上,本文以木粉为模型物代替木材,采用FTIR和凯氏定氮的方法来分离并定量异氰酸酯与木粉的反应产物。 红外光谱证明论文所提出的实验方法对于异氰酸酯/木粉反映体系也是可行的,并获得了良好的分离效果;研究还表明:对于木材,由于它是纤维素-木素-半纤维素为主要成分构成的“复合材料”,且具有孔隙结构,与木材反应的异氰酸酯的量比纤维素的明显增加,且反应时间和反应温度对苯基异氰酸酯与木粉反应生成氨基甲酸酯有着重要影响:其产量随着反应时间的增加而减少,随着反应温度的升高而增加;消耗异氰酸酯中46.2-60.6%与木粉体系中的水反应生成取代脲,苯基异氰酸酯与木粉中的水和羟基反应的摩尔比在0.86-1.54之间。而含水率对于氨基甲酸酯的产量影响不大。

Quantitative study on the isocyanate-wood reacted resultants
Abstract:The reactions that isocyanate reacted to cellulose, semicellulose, lignin, and water in timber to form the urethane and urea are basic knowledge for the adhesion of isocyanate-terminated polyurethane resins to wood. It has significant meaning to understand that different quantity of urethane and urea affect the strength of adhesive bond. Based on the previous study on the separation and quantitative analyses of resultants of isocyanate reacted to cellulose, the paper regards the wood powder as wood model, and separates and analyses the resultanats of isocyanates reacted to wood powder using the technology of FT-IR and Kjeldahl methods. The FT-IR analysis conformed that the reactants of urethane and urea could be well separated in isocyanate/wood system as well by the separation technique proposed. The study showed that due to the fact that wood is a porous composite from cellulose, lignin and semicellulose, the amount of isocyanate reacted with wood was more than that with cellulose. It also indicated that in isocyanate-wood reactions the temperature and time had significant effects on the contents of urethane formed that increased with increases of temperature and decreases of time. The isocyanate consumed and formed urea accounted for 46.2-60.6%, thereby the mole ratios of isocyanate reacted with hydroxyl groups and with water in wood were ranged from 0.86 to 1.54. And the moisture content (MC) of wood had narrowly minor effect on the contents of urethane formed.
