氧电极的掺杂改性研究

摘要:本文主要研究了在空气电极的催化层中添加其它化合物对锰系催化剂的影响,并在碱性介质中以金属铝为阳极组成碱性铝-空气电池,考察了电池的放电性能。实验结果表明,NiSO4和La2O3作为催化层的添加剂可以提高催化剂对氧气还原的催化活性,是空气电极较理想的添加剂,并通过正交实验得出高性能催化剂的最佳制备条件。

Catalytic Activity of Doped Compounds for Oxygen Electrode
Abstract:When other compounds were added to the catalystic layer of the air electrode, the effect of the compounds on air electrode was observed in this paper. Using the air electrode the properties of aluminum-air battery was test. The experiment results show that NiSO4 and La2O3 can improve the air electrodes catalytic activity and enhance the aluminum-air battery’s discharge voltage. So they are ideal additive for catalyst of air electrode. The optimal composition of MnO2 catalyst added by La2O3 in air electrode was obtained through orthogonal methed.
