蚯蚓体表法向粘附力的测试分析

摘要:采用秉前环毛蚓作为研究对象,利用自行研制的微粘附力测试系统,设计并进行了蚯蚓体表试样法向粘附力试验和钢试样的对比试验。试验结果表明,蚯蚓体表试样具有良好的减粘脱土特性,且粘附力稳定;蚯蚓头部减粘效果最为突出,影响粘附的因素主次顺序为:正压力,卸载速度,二者的交互作用,加载速度和保压时间。本研究工作将为工程机械提供仿生信息。

Research on the adhesion experiment of earthworm’s surface
Abstract:In this paper,the Pheretima Praepinguis was used as research object,and the adhesion experiment of earthworm’s surface specimen and steel specimen was designed by using a tiny adhesion testing system. The result showed that, the surface specimen had nicer reducing adhesion characteristic ,and its adhesion was much steady compared to the steel specimen. Thereinto, the head showed better reducing soil adhesion ability,and the order of the factors of soil adhesion was: the pressure , the unload velocity, the interaction of the pressure and the unload velocity,the load velocity and the time of keeping same press. This study will afford bionic information for the engineering machine.
