微乳液聚合法制备(Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2纳米复合颗粒

摘要:本文以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为聚合单体,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为乳化剂,正丁醇(1-butanol)为助乳化剂,采用经三甲氧基丙烯酰氧基硅烷(MPS)修饰的纳米磁性粒子,用微乳液聚合法制备了粒径分布均匀,形貌规则,具有核壳结构,磁响应性好,表面功能基团含量丰富的磁性纳米高分子颗粒。将磁性纳米高分子颗粒水解得到Fe3O4/PVA纳米复合颗粒。最后利用Stöber反应,在磁性纳米高分子颗粒表面包上SiO2,形成具有核壳结构的三元纳米复合颗粒(Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2。

Synthesis and characterization of (Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2 magnetic nanocompositions by emulsion mothod
Abstract:In this article, with vinyl acetate(VAc) as monomer, cetyltrytrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as emulsion, 1-butanol as assistant emulsion and magnetic nanoparticles modified by methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(MPS) ,emulsion polymerization was employed. And the results showed that the particles owned uniform size distribution, regular appearance, core-shell structure, good magnetic property and abundant groups outside its surfaces. And Fe3O4/PVA was obtained from hydrolyzing the magnetic moleculer nanoparticls. Then, the magnetic moleculer nanoparticles encapsuled by SiO2 through stöber method, and formed ternary magnetic nanocompositions (Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2 with core-shell.
