热油长输管道泄漏点定位技术研究

摘要:探讨原油温度对热油长输管道负压波泄漏定位技术的影响及其处理方法。首先利用最小二乘法简化了一定温度范围内负压波波速与温度的函数关系;然后结合热油长输管道原油温度沿管程变化的特性,给出了负压波波速随距离变化的函数表达式;最后,基于热油长输管道泄漏点定位的数学模型,提出了一种新的泄漏点定位公式,在保证定位精度的前提下,提高了定位算法的运算效率和管道泄漏检测系统的实时性。

Research on Leakage Location Technology in Long Distance Heated Oil Pipeline
Abstract:The effect of crude oil temperature on leakage location technology in long distance heated oil pipeline and how to deal with it were analyzed. A fitting function between the velocity of negative pressure wave and temperature is put forward by making use of the least square method. A specific function between the velocity of negative pressure wave and the distance is presented by investigating the characterization of crude oil temperature changed along the long distance heated oil pipeline. With using the mathematic model of the long distance heated oil pipeline leakage location, a new function for leakage location is put forward, which can improve the efficiency of location algorithm and real-time ability of pipeline leakage detection system and guarantee location accuracy.
