肌球蛋白在集体协作工作模型中的力及效率

摘要:偏布朗运动模型是描述分子马达沿轨道运动的主要理论之一,此类模型的不足之处是不能产生足够强的力,其效率不高。本文对Julicher和Prost提出的描述肌球蛋白分子集体协作的偏布朗运动模型作了改进,定义了模型中分子马达的效率。计算表明,改进模型中分子马达的效率可达 ,同实验值相符,单个分子马达产生的力大约是原模型的2倍,比实验值小。说明将分子马达沿轨道定向运动看作粒子在一维不对称锯齿势中运动的模型仍需进一步改进。

The force and efficiency of the myosin in the collective model
Abstract:The biased Brownian movement model is one of the important ways to describe the molecular motor walking along the track. The deficiency of this model is that motor is not capable of producing a sufficiently strong force and the efficiency of motor is very low. In this paper, an improvement model based on the Julicher and Prost model is presented. The efficiency of motor in the improvement model is defined. Calculations show that the maximum of the efficiency gets up to 0.75 consistent with experiment data. The force of motor in the improvement model is 2 times more than that of the original model but far inferior to the experiment data. This demonstrates that the model describing molecular motor walking along the track as the particle movement in the asymmetry sawtooth potential need to be improved in future.
