减速器设计的传动比分配与力叠加原理应用等问题

摘要:以《机械设计》课程设计常用的减速器设计为例,提出了几条指导建议:以传动比分配与确定作为带传动、齿轮传动设计的主线;以润滑方式选择作为轴和轴上零件结构设计的前提;以键的选择和轴承寿命计算作为轴结构尺寸的设计依据;以力的叠加原理作为轴强度校核、轴承寿命计算中方向未知力的处理原则。最后列举了几处易表达错误的结构。

The Distributing of Drive Ratio and the Applying of Force Superstition Principle in the Design of Reducer
Abstract:Some advices are proposed to direction of reducer design for the curricula project of the machine design. The distributing and deciding of drive ratio is the main line of design of belt drive and gear drive. The selection of lubricate style is the precondition of axes machinery. The structure of axes is according to the selection of key and the longevity calculation of bearing. The disposal principle of non-orientation force in the intension calculation of axis and the longevity calculation is force superposition principle. At last, some structure easy to express wrongly is enumerated.
