采用碟形弹簧减震器的抽油杆系统动力学仿真研究

摘要:基于抽油杆减震器在抽油机中的应用,研究了该蝶形弹簧多体系统的动力学问题。建立了该系统的动力学方程,采用动力学仿真方法证明了抽油杆减震器可以有效地降低抽油杆作用于抽油机系统的附加动载荷,从而降低抽油机系统对抽油杆的位移激励,进而有效地避免抽油杆的脱扣和断裂。计算机仿真结果与现场试验相一致。本文的定量研究为抽油杆减震器在工程中的应用提供了理论支持。

On the Dynamics Simulation of Conical Disk Spring for the Rod String Absorber
Abstract:The dynamics of a conical disk spring multibody system is studied based on the application of rod string absorber in pumping units. Under the building of dynamics equations, the computational simulation is done. The simulation result show that the rod string absorber can be reduced the additional dynamic load on the pumping units availably. As a result, the displacement excitation from pumping units to the rod is reduced and the eccentric wear of tubing and breaking-off of sucker rod can be prevented availably. The simulation result is consistent with the application. So the theory to the application of rod string absorber in engineering is provided.
