摘要:概述镧系离子的特性、有机配体与镧系离子之间的能量转移过程以及它的应用情况。研究表明,能量转移发光技术既可直接用于药物的检测,又可与高效液相色谱或毛细管电泳分离技术联用,镧系发光增敏技术检测体内微量药物及其代谢产物,可排除生物样品中杂质的干扰,选择性和灵敏度高,应用前景广阔。

The contribution of lanthanide ions sensitization technique for
Abstract:The characteristics and the applications of lanthanide ions together with the energy transfer between the lanthanide ions and the ligands were summarized. Study shows that energy transfer technique can not only use directly in the drug detection, but also use with HPLC and the CE separate technique. When using to detect trace drugs and their metabolic products in human body, the lanthanide ions sensitization technique can eliminate the interference of the impurity in the biological specimen. The lanthanide ions sensitization technique has outstanding selectivity and sensitivity, and will has great development.
