高光谱遥感资料无损伤动态监测棉花生物量的研究

摘要:作物生物量是农业生态系统研究中最重要的物理参数之一,利用具有高光谱分辨率的遥感资料动态无损测定测定棉花生物量,为精细农业的发展拓宽了研究空间。本文研究了张家港市和浙江大学华家池校区两个地区的棉花生育期动态变化等数据资料,通过多种方式的高光谱资料测定,发现棉花生物量与高光谱遥感信息之间具有明显的相关性。通过考察原始光谱,微分光谱和棉花地上干、鲜生物量的线性、非线性关系,发现在809.97nm波段处,棉花地上干生物量与一阶微分光谱之间的线性模型决定系数R2为0.4285,非线性模型决定系数R2为0.491,在P<0.05水平上,均已达到显著检验水平。因此,可以利用该处的高光谱遥感值,建立棉花生物量与地面高光谱之间的遥感估产模型,并利用构建的高光谱遥感估产模型进行大面积棉花遥感估产和产量预报。

A Non-invasive Way of Detecting Biomass of Cotton Using Hyperspectral Sensing Data
Abstract:Abstract: Biomass of crops is one of the most important physical parameters in agro-ecological system. Hyperspectral remote sensing data can effectively detect the cotton biomass in a non-invasive way. To broaden the development of precision agriculture research, this paper introduces the principles of measuring the cotton biomass by the method of Hyperspectrum, compares the cotton life periods in Zhangjiagang and Huajiachi campus in Zhejiang University, measures the data by many ways and finds that there are obvious relations between biomass and hyperspectral data. In the spectrum of about 900nm and 809.97nm, the correlation coefficient of cotton biomass, respectively, can be used to form the models of hyperspectrum. We can use the yield estimation models made by Hyperspectral remote sensing to estimate the production of cotton of large areas
