摘要:本实验是采用不同方式复水活化干酵母,找出其间的差异,从而缩短酒精发酵周期,进而降低生产成本。常用的复水活化液有:自来水、白糖水或红糖水、稀糖化醪、营养盐、稀糖化醪和营养盐的混合液。实验表明:采用稀糖化醪和营养盐的混合液效果显著。

Research on the influence of replying water to active
Abstract:This experiment is to adopt different ways to reply water to activate dry yeasts, find out the difference between them , thus shorten alcohol fermented cycle , and then reduce the production cost. Commonly used replying water and activating the liquid is as follows, running water , white syrup or red syrup , rare saccharification wine with dregs , nutrition salt , rare saccharification wine with dregs and mixture of the nutrition salt, the experiment shows : The mixture result of adopting rare saccharification wine with dregs and nutrition salt is remarkable.
