摘要:以庚醇为主要溶剂,钛酸丁酯为前驱体,聚乙二醇为模板剂,二乙醇胺为络合剂,通过溶胶-凝胶技术在玻璃衬底上制备了纳米晶TiO2多孔薄膜。利用热重-差热分析,红外光谱,XRD及SEM等测试方法对薄膜结构和特性进行了分析。探讨了样品在溶胶-凝胶及煅烧过程中的物理化学变化。研究了聚乙二醇分子量及用量、溶胶预处理温度对薄膜表面形貌的影响。

Preparation of TiO2 Porous Films by Using n-Heptanol as a Solvent
Abstract:TiO2 porous films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel method using n-heptanol as a solvent , Ti(OBu)4 as precursor, polyethylene glycol as organic template and NH(C2H4OH)2 as chelating agent. The characteristics and microstructure of TiO2 porous films,as well as the chemical and physical changes took place during the sol-gel preparation and heat treatments, were analyzed by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis, infrared, XRD and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of molecular weight, content of PEG and bath temperature on the characteristics of films were studied.
