Abstract:This paper use fuzzy clustering analysis method to the solve the question of customer classification in customer relations management, definite cluster target according to the customer expense attribute, carries on the clustering analysis to the target, obtains the relative degree of membership, classify the customer , provide the science reliable basis for the customer category division in customer relations management .
