遗传算法在多层辐射能检测信号信息融合中的应用

摘要:通过布置在某300MW电站锅炉炉本体不同高度的多个CCD火焰探头实时摄取炉内火焰图像,采用计算机图像处理技术得到反映炉膛不同区域燃烧强度的多层辐射能信号。引入遗传算法对多层辐射能检测信号进行信息融合处理得到总辐射能信号。实例研究表明:经信息融合处理后得到的总辐射能信号能保持与机组负荷之间的最大相关性,其相关系数可达0.92以上,且超前机组负荷变化30s以上,适合引入机组在线控制系统。

The Application of Genetic Algorithm in the Information Fusion of Multiple Radiant Energy Signals
Abstract:The combustion flame images are captured by 16 Charge Coupled Devices (CCD) cameras installed at the different height in the furnace of a 300MW utility boiler. The Multiple Radiant Energy Signals (MRES) can be obtained by the computer image processing technology. MRES reflect the combustion intensity of different areas inside the furnace and can be fused into a Integral Radiant Energy Signal (IRES) through Genetic Algorithm (GA). The experimental research shows that the IRES can maintain the maximum correlation with the unit load. The correlation coefficient is more than 0.92 and the IRES varies 30s earlier than the unit load. So IRES processed by information fusion is suitable to introduced into the unit Distribution Control System (DCS).
