氧化铝基板上制备N掺杂阵列碳纳米管薄膜的研究

摘要:采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)在氧化铝基板上,以二茂铁为催化剂、乙醇和乙二胺为反应物,制备掺N的阵列碳纳米管薄膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM和高倍透射电镜(HRTEM)的分析表明,得到的碳纳米管薄膜由定向性良好的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)组成,碳纳米管管身成竹节状。详细讨论了反应温度等工艺参数对碳纳米管薄膜生长的影响。

The research of prepares N-doped aligned carbon nanotube on the aluminum oxide
Abstract:N-doped aligned carbon nanotube arrays perpendicular to the Al2O3 substrate were synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition method (CVD). Ethanol and Ethylenediamine were selected as carbon and nitrogen feedstock respectively. Ferrocene was taken as the catelyst. SEM and HRTEM indicate that the as-grown film consists of well-aligned Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), Tube body of CNTs are bamboo nodular. The influence of paprameters (such as reaction temperature) was investigated.
