喷熔修形法提高焊接接头疲劳强度的研究

摘要:本文给出了一种在国内外都属首创的提高焊接接头疲劳强度的处理方法。焊接结构中,接头的疲劳强度远远低于母材,其疲劳裂纹主要起源于接头焊趾处。本文采用Ni60和Fe28两种合金粉末对Q235B钢非承载角焊缝横向十字接头焊趾处进行了喷熔修形处理,通过高频疲劳试验,结果表明,经过喷熔修形处理后,Ni60喷熔修形态十字接头的条件疲劳极限提高了78%,Fe38喷熔修形态十字接头的条件疲劳极限提高了52%。并用ANSYS对三种状态接头焊趾处应力集中系数进行计算,结果发现,Ni60喷熔处理态十字接头焊趾区的应力集中系数较原始焊态减小57.5%;Fe38喷熔处理态十字接头焊趾区的应力集中系数较原始焊态减小37%。

The Research of Modification of Spray Fusing in Improving The Fatigue Strength of Welding Structure
Abstract:In this paper, a new method which was originated at home and abroad had been put forward in improving fatigue strength of welding structure. As we all know the strength of welded splice is far below to the parent metal, and endurance crack was originated in the toe of weld. two sorts of powdered alloy Ni60 and Fe38 were used in this experiment which was to improving the fatigue strength through the modification of spray fusing. Conclusions can been drawn by high cycle fatigue testing: 2×106 offset endurance strength of the welded joint spray fused by Ni60 increased by78% than the welded joint. And the endurance strength of the welded joint spray fused by Fe38 increased by78% than the welded joint. Stress concentration factors were calculated in ANSYS simulation analysis. Conclusion can been drawn, the number of stress concentration factor of the welded joint spray fused by Ni60 reduced by 57.5% than the welded joint, the number of stress concentration factor of the welded joint spray fused by Fe38 reduced by 37% than the welded joint.
