摘要:超声疲劳是指疲劳周次达到1E09及以上时材料的疲劳行为,超声疲劳试验是一种可以可靠的进行1E09以上循环周次的疲劳试验方法。本文内容主要包括超声疲劳的发展;超声疲劳试验系统的组成部分;超高周次循环载荷下,Q235母材及焊接接头试件的S-N曲线特征、断口特征及疲劳裂纹萌生源等。超声疲劳S-N曲线呈持续下降形,并没有出现疲劳极限。

Ultrasonic Fatigue Testing Of Q235 Steel Including Smooth And Welding Joint Specimen
Abstract:Ultrasonic fatigue is the fatigue behavior of structural materials over 1E09 stress cycles, and the ultrasonic fatigue technique provides one practical means of generating super-long fatigue life data. This paper summarizes works of the ultra-high-cycle fatigue (UHCF) in resent years and the components of ultrasonic fatigue equipment. The present work also analyzes the shape of S-N curve of Q235 steel and crack initiation. S-N curve displays the characteristic of “continually decreasing type” up to 1E09-10E10 cycles, and there is no fatigue limit.
