TiO2/硅藻土复合催化剂光催化降解DMF的影响因素及动力学研究

摘要:在高压汞灯作光源的悬浆体系中,以Sol-Gel法制备的TiO2/硅藻土复合体作光催化剂,以DMF溶液的光催化降解为模型反应,研究了DMF光催化降解反应的动力学规律,并考察了初始质量浓度、体系温度、催化剂投加量、初始pH值、光强、外加氧化剂等对降解效率的影响。结果表明,该反应过程可用L-H方程描述;在一定条件下,催化剂的投加量、初始pH值均存在一最佳值;各影响因素的重要性排序为:光照时间>初始浓度>光照强度>H2O2加入量>催化剂投加量。

Study on Affecting Factors and Kinetics of DMF Photodegradation over TiO2/diatomite Composite Photocatalyst
Abstract:The kinetics of the DMF photodegradation over TiO2/diatomite composite catalyst in an aqueous suspension system under high pressure mercury lamp irradiation was studied. In the reaction, we investigated the effects of initial concentration of DMF, system temperature, amount of catalyst, initial pH values, light intensity and amount of H2O2 on the photodegradation rate of DMF. The results indicated that the kinetics could be described by Langmuir-Hinshelwood model and the amout of catalyst, irradiation time, initial pH and light intensity were important parameters in the degradation process. The affecting sequence of these factors was obtained as: irradiation time>initial concentration>light intensity>the amount of H2O2>the amount of catalyst.
