GC-MS法分析红毛五加皮中挥发油的化学成分

摘要:本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了红毛五加皮的挥发油,出油率为1%。然后利用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用系统对其中33个化学成分进行定性分析,并用峰面积归一化法得出各个化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果表明:萜烯类及其氧化衍生物占较大比例,主要有正-十六烷酸(13.82%)、匙叶桉油烯醇(10.68%)、α-杜松醇(10.36%)、9,12-十八烷二烯酸(6.85%)、β-金合欢烯(4.83%)、+/-.-反-橙花叔醇(4.81%)、大根香叶烯D(4.68%)。

Analysis of chemical composition of volatile oil in Acanthopanax giraldii root barks by GC-MS
Abstract:The volatile oil was extracted from root barks of Acanthopanax giraldii by using steam distillation, and the content of the volatile oil was 2.0%.Then 33 compounds were identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and the relative content of the components were determined with area normalization method.The main components are n-Hexadecanoic acid(13.82%)、Spathulenol(10.68%)、.alpha.-Cadinol(10.36%)、9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(6.85%)、beta.-Farnesene(4.83%)、 .+/-.-trans-Nerolidol(4.81%)、Germacrene D(4.68%).
