南京市城市林业土壤肥力质量评价

摘要:采集南京市不同功能区林地0-20cm和20-40cm土壤,分别测定土壤的理化性质和酶活性。结果表明,南京城市林业上层土壤(0-20cm)的土壤密度大,孔隙度和渗透性小;土壤质地以粉壤土为主,所占比例为60.42%,土壤中普遍含有砾石,但含量不是很高;土壤以中性土和碱性土为主,城区林业土壤的pH明显高于城郊天然林下土壤;土壤有机质和全氮含量偏低,CEC偏高,城区林业土壤中有效磷富集,但城郊天然林土壤有效磷缺乏,土壤速效钾富集。城市林业土壤的过氧化氢酶活性变幅为0.19~0.37ml•g-1,平均为0.28 ml•g-1;脱氢酶活性变幅为3.91~48.03mg•g-1,平均为25.74 mg•g-1;碱性磷酸酶活性变幅为5.29~25.70mg•kg-1,平均为12.80mg•kg-1;纤维素酶活性变幅为痕量~0.002 mg•g-1,平均为0.0015 mg•g-1。过氧化氢酶活性、脱氢酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性与土壤有机质和全氮含量有显著相关性,是表征城市林业土壤肥力质量的重要生物指标。

Evaluation on Fertility of Urban Forest Soil in Nanjing
Abstract:Physical and chemical properties as well as enzyme activity of urban forest soil in different functional areas of Nanjing were analyzed. The result revealed that surface soil (0-20cm) had a high bulk density, low porosity and permeability. Soil texture was dominated by silt loam which accounts for 60.42%. The content of gravel is low in most of the soil samples. The type of soil was dominated by neutral and alkaline soil, and the pH value of unnatural forest soil were distinctly high compared with suburban natural forest soil. Soil organic matter and total nitrogen were low, CEC was high. Soil available potassium enriched, and soil available phosphorus enriched in unnatural forest soil but lacked in suburban natural forest soil. Hydrogen peroxidase activity in urban forest soils changed from 0.19 ml•g-1 to 0.37ml•g-1,with a average of 0.28 ml•g-1;Dehydrogenase activity changed from 3.91 ml•g-1 to 48.03 mg•g-1,with a average of 25.74 mg•g-1;Alkaline phosphatase activity changed from 5.29 mg•kg-1 to 25.70 mg•kg-1,with a average of 12.80 mg•kg-1;Cellulase activity changed from trace to 0.002 mg•g-1,with a average of 0.0015 mg•g-1;Hydrogen peroxidase, dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase were important indicators for indicating fertility of urban forest soil and all had significant relation with soil organic matter and total nitrogen.
