玄武湖沉积物磷形态的垂向变化和生物有效性

摘要:采用不同的化学提取法,分析了玄武湖西北湖区柱状沉积物中各形态磷、生物可利用磷(BAP)的垂向变化,并探讨了各层沉积物磷的生物有效性。结果表明,柱状沉积物中总磷以无机磷为主,无机磷以铁磷和钙磷为主,BAP占总磷20%~52.6%,玄武湖底泥的磷有较好的生物可利用性。不同地点沉积物各种磷形态和BAP的垂向变化有较大的差异。1号采样点的总磷、无机磷、铁磷和BAP在20cm以上深度含量高,往下逐渐减小,说明表层20cm释磷潜力较大;2号采样点的总磷和无机磷含量随深度增加先减小,20cm以下逐渐增加,BAP和铁磷随深度增加呈上升趋势,说明2点深层具有较大的释磷潜力。钙磷和闭蓄态磷随深度增加而降低。铁磷与BAP相关性较好,这部分磷具有较大的潜在释放风险,可能成为水体营养物质的重要来源。

Vertical Variation and Bioavailability of the Phosphorus Form in the Sediments of Xuanwu Lake
Abstract: Vertical variation of various forms phosphorus and bio-available phosphorus in the sediments of the northwest part of Xuanwu Lake were analyzed by different chemical extractions. In addition, the bioavailability of the phosphorus forms in different layers were discussed. Inorganic phosphorus was a majority of total phosphorus in the sediments, Fe-P and Ca-P were main in the inorganic phosphorus, BAP accounted for 20%~52.6% of the total phosphorus, this showed higher bioavailability. The vertical variation of the phosphorus forms and BAP in the sediments of different sites might be different.The contents of total phosphorus, inorganic phosphorus, BAP and iron phosphorus were higher at the depth of 0~20cm in 1, then decreased with the increase of depth, this showed the potential release capacity of P in 0~20cm were high.The contents of total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus decreased with the increase of depth, but also increased a little below the depth of 20cm in 2, BAP and iron phosphorus increased with the increase of depth, this showed higher potential release capacity of P in deeper layers of 2.Ca-P and Obs-P had a tendency to decrease with the downwards decrease of depth. Fe-P had a good relationship with BAP, which had higher potential risk of release, they might be the important sources of P internal loading.
