摘要:基于UG开发了面向机械零件设计的可重用设计系统。首先利用成组技术原理建立了零件编码系统,为了检索零件的几何相似性,提出了二级检索矩阵以及相似系数定义,对系统实现的关键技术进行了说明。

RESEARCH ON REUSEABLE TECHNOLOGY FOR PARTS’ DESIGNING BASED ON THE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT OF UG
Abstract:Based on UG, a recycling design system for mechanical parts is built. Firstly, using the GT technology, a part-coding system is created. To search the different part according to their geometrical comparability, a two-class matrix is built to calculate the likeness degree and the degree’s definition is made. Some other key techniques are also explained.
