光学压力测量(OPM)技术在风洞中的应用研究

摘要:目前,风洞试验的压力测量有两种方法,一是阵列传感器测量,二是光学压力测量(OPM)。阵列传感器测量是在模型上多个部位打孔并安装压力传感器,这给模型的制造带来了很大的困难,使得研究周期加长。阵列传感器测量只能得到模型压力分布的离散值,而且大量的孔会影响模型表面的压力分布。作为无接触测量和连续测量的光学压力测量法,不会对模型结构进行破坏,使得测量的可信度增加,飞行器的研制周期缩短。本文对光学压力测量及其核心技术压力敏感涂料(PSP)技术做了详细介绍并创造性地提出了照明和探测系统的设计原则。

Research on Application of Optical Pressure Measurement (OPM) Technology in Wind Tunnel
Abstract:In wind tunnel applications, there are two methods of pressure measurement .One is Arrays of Pressure Taps; the other is Optical Pressure Measurement. Arrays of pressure taps are usually used for measurement of surface pressure. This technique is expensive and time consuming since it requires a lengthy and complex preparation of the model. Furthermore, pressure values are only obtained at a discrete number of points, which limits the resolution of the pressure measurement. Compared to the classic pressure tap technique, fluorescent pressure sensitive paint (PSP) offers a non intrusive alternative with the advantage of an easier implementation, lower cost and increased spatial resolution. With PSP, an entire three-dimensional map of the model surface pressure can be acquired optically. Flow structures that are usually missed by the low spatial resolution of pressure tap arrays may now be easily visualized. This paper presents a introduction of Optical Pressure Measurement and its core technology—Pressure Sensitive Paint Technique in detail. Finally this paper puts forward creatively new design principles of lighting and detection system.
