湖泊富营养化治理与我国可持续发展的农村污染治理方案

摘要:我国农村污染不仅造成乡村环境的恶化,而且是很多湖泊富营养化的主要原因之一。本文提出以规模化厌氧消化反应器为核心,农村的有机垃圾,包括生活垃圾,人畜粪便,秸秆等均经厌氧消化处理,农村生活污水通过植物塘进行处理,植物和杂草等均可由消化池厌氧处理,沼渣沼液作有机肥料,产生的沼气发电的技术方案。分析了方案的技术可行性和优势;介绍了国外的成功经验;提出了从政策上进行扶持,从而能够吸引投资者投资,实现可持续发展的农村环境污染治理,而且削减我国的温室气体排放量,减少农村污染给湖泊等天然水体输入的营养盐。

sustainable rural pollution treatment and lake eutrophication control
Abstract:rural pollution in China not only worst rural environment, but also is the main source of the nutrition to cause lake eutrophication. It is proposed that the organic waste in rural region was anaerobicaly digested to biogas and converted to power and heat, digestate was used as organic fertilizer to replace the chemical fertilizer to decrease nutrition output to the water body. The technical feasibility and predominant was analyzed and successful story was introduced. It can be seen that the anaerobic digestion of organic waste in rural region and power generation can be a sustainable waste treatment and decrease the emission of greenhouse gas and nutrition to the lake.
