圆盘式磁流变液阻尼器的设计及磁路研究

摘要:磁流变液阻尼器是新型的智能化吸能装置,本文采用宾汉模型研究了盘式磁流变液阻尼器的力矩计算模型,并引入磁致力矩与粘性力矩比例。对此类阻尼器的关键技术--磁路设计进行分析,用ANSYS软件分析工作面的复合式磁场分布情况。实验结果表明,复合式磁路设计工作稳定,阻尼力矩可调范围宽,可进一步推广到类似磁流变液器件的设计。

Design of Magnetorheological Fluids Disk-shape Damper and Research on the Magnetic Circuit
Abstract:Magnetorheological fluid damper is a new kind of smart damper. Based on a Bingham plastic model, the working principles of a disc-shaped MR damper were analyzed, and the equations for transmitted torque were derived. The ratio of Magnetic torque and total torque was introduced to evaluate the control performance of the damper. Magnetic circuit design is one of key technologies. So three types of Magnetic circuit were discussed and the compound type was simulated with ANSYS software. The experimental results showed that the damper of compound magnetic circuit has a wide-range adjustable torque output.
