若干CIMMYT春小麦HMW-GS的组成及其品质状况分析研究

摘要:本实验对59个CIMMYT春小麦的HMW-GS组成及其品质状况进行了分析研究,为了给小麦品质遗传改良提供参考。HMW-GS组成结果表明,在分析的59个小麦材料中,检测到Glu-A1位点编码的HMW-GS有3种类型,分别是1、2*和Null,其中Null出现的频率最高,为50.85%;Glu-B1位点编码的HMW-GS有16、9*、6+8、6+9、7+8、7+9、7+18、7+9*、14+15、15+8、6+7+9、7+15+9*、14+15+9共13种类型,其中14+15和6+9出现的频率最高,分别是32.20%和30.51%;Glu-D1位点编码的HMW-GS有14种类型,分别是10、12、12*、2+10、2+12、2+12*、2.2+10、3+10、3+12、5+10、5+12、5+12*、2+5+12、2+10+12*,其中10出现的频率最高,为25.42%。共检测到32种HMW-GS组合变异类型,其中(1,14+15,12)出现的频率最高,为10.17%。品质分析结果表明,59 CIMMYT春小麦综合品质较差,不适合直接推广到大田生产,但有些优质亚基出现的频率较高,因而可以做为改善甘肃省现有品种亚基组成状况的亲本材料。

The Analysis and study on the Hing-Molecular-Wfeight Glutenin Subunits and the quality of CIMMYT spring wheats
Abstract:In order to provide information for wheat quality improvement, something of 59 CIMMYT spring wheat varieties were studied, including the composition of High-Molecular-Weight Glutenin Subunits (HMW-GS) and the quality. The results showed that among the 59 wheat materials, three kinds of HMW-GS on Glu-A1 were examined, which were 1,2*and Null and the frequency of Null was the highest, which was 50.85%; there, were , 13 kinds of HMW-GS on Glu-B1, which were 16, 9*, 6+8, 6+9, 7+8, 7+9, 7+18, 7+9*, 14+15, 15+8, 6+7+9, 7+15+9*, 14+15+9, and the frequency of 14+14 and 6+9 was 32.20% and 30.51respectively, which was higher than the other types; 14 HMW-GS types on Glu-D1,were,examined,which.were,10,12,12*,2+10,2+12,2+12*,2.2+10,3+10,3+12,5+10,5+12,5+12*,2+5+1,2+10+12*,and the frequency of 10 was the highest ,which was 25.42%.32 kinds of HMW-GS combination types were examined. Among them (1,14+15,12) appeared most frequently, the frequency was 10.17%.The results of quality analysis showed that 59 CIMMYT spring wheat varieties were bed, and they couldn’t be used in the production of many areas.
